KEY TASKS:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of US Candidate Counselors to meet performance targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Overseeing the consulting process of the team and the strategic direction of the process.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on complex recruitment issues and candidate cases.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Managing and motivating the team.

– Excellent Communication in English.

– Adaptable to any situation with positive attitude.

Job Brief:

· Shift: Fixed Night Shift

· Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

· Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

· Salary: upto 30,000

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
