Job Description:

Looking for an energetic, self-motivated Manager, Technical Training to join our Global team to develop our training program and organization in the technical areas of Mulesoft, Salesforce, CI/CD and AWS. The Technical Training Manager ideally will have worked in the IT industry as a software engineer, developer, or architect with strong knowledge of SDLC best practices. If you have strong knowledge in Mulesoft, Salesforce, CI/CD, AWS, and an appreciation for teaching and learning and the ability and desire to keep up with current technologies, this is the job for you!

Position Description:

• The Manager, Technical Training is responsible for leading, managing, and growing the Training organization for Noise Consulting Group.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training within the organization in the following areas: Mulesoft, Salesforce, CI/CD, AWS and develop other training programs as requested
• Define and implement training processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop and grow the training organization to support company’s overall training strategy, goals and objectives.
• Develop training materials and multimedia visual aids and presentations
• Create testing and evaluation processes
• Prepare and implement training budget
• Provide classroom/virtual classroom training, demonstrations, conferences and workshops
• Provide training and talent development performance feedback
• Conduct continuing education training
• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management
• Assist with the development of strategic plans for training and talent development
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the training performance. Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, employees, clients, and team members.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Working and training knowledge in relevant areas – Mulesoft, Salesforce, CI/CD, AWS
• 7+ years of Mulesoft Development experience – REQUIRED
• Minimum of 3 years experience in development and delivery of technical training.
• Experience designing and developing highly technical training based on instructional design best practices
• Experience teaching and/or consulting in a corporate setting to corporate end-users.
• Excellent knowledge, including implementation / deployment / development in respective technologies
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (Git, testing, modularization, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner.
• Bachelors in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent field required.
