Job Description – Art Director

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for Marketing in print and digital 
• Ideate and come up with creative concepts and campaigns for the brand
• Create engaging Social Media Campaigns for the brand
• Work basis the visual direction of the brand and follow brand guidelines
• Ability to guide and mentor junior graphic designers
• Participate in design briefs with stakeholders to identify their needs
• To think creatively and conceptually. Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership 
• Collaborative ideation and brainstorming to come up with design solutions and new ideas
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Key Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Graphic Design
• A good eye for type, color, fonts, and layouts is essential
• Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop Software skills
• Eye to detail and knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Ability to receive and work on constructive criticism
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Minimum 2 years working at Advertising/Digital agencies
