Position: Relationship Manager (Part-Time)

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Working Hours: 4 PM – 10 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Relationship Manager (RM) to join our EdTech team. The RM will be responsible for ensuring the smooth scheduling of classes, monitoring class occurrences, gathering student feedback, and addressing issues related to class schedules. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Class Scheduling: Coordinate with tutors and students to ensure all classes are scheduled properly.

2. Class Monitoring: Regularly check if the classes are happening on time and identify any deviations.

3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and document reasons for any classes that do not occur as scheduled.

4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students regarding their classes and learning experience.

5. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both tutors and students regarding scheduling issues.

6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of class schedules, cancellations, and feedback received.

Qualifications:

1. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tutors and students.

5. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various scheduling and communication tools.

Work Environment:

1. Flexible Part-Time Hours: Work from 4 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
