– 4+ years of experience in an FP&A role, preferably within the banking or finance industry.
– Proven experience in documentation development, especially in creating SOPs and financial policies.
– Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, particularly within the banking sector.
– Create SOPs from Scratch: Develop comprehensive and clear SOPs that align with organizational policies and procedures.
– Documentation Management: Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect current processes and ensure accuracy.
– Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather information, understand processes, and ensure SOPs meet functional needs.
– Review and Amend Documents: Regularly review SOPs and other documents, making amendments as required to improve clarity and efficiency.
– Tools and Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard tools and software for creating and managing documentation, ensuring best practices are followed.
– Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on SOP usage and documentation processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline).
– 4+ years of experience in creating SOPs and other documentation.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in documentation tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
