Roles and Responsibilities

• Reaching out to prospective candidates, giving them guidance on their careers along with the courses available on our platform.
• Achieve & Meet weekly/monthly/yearly KPIs
• Take complete ownership of accounts
• Handle the process end-to-end (prospecting, closing and managing)

• The candidate should be determined, driven and a go getter
• The candidate Should be able to established good rapport and understand the needs of our customers
• The candidate should be empathetic and a good listener
• Should have excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi
• Candidates should have exposure/knowledge on the education system.
• Should have good PR and convincing skills
• Should be a quick learner and multitasker
• Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic about the role
• Must have good listening and analytical skills
• Should have Good Computer Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Phase 8A, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Required)
• Counselling: 2 years (Required)
