Job Description:

We are seeking an Electronic Engineer who will be responsible for setting up our embedded system, automation, robotics, and IoT labs to facilitate NEP readiness in schools. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the setup, content development, and school partnerships while establishing labs in educational institutions. This role will evolve into a managerial position and eventually into the National Head of Operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lab Setup: Lead the establishment of labs in partner schools.
2. School Alliances: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Schools and Parents to promote our products and services.
3. Content Development: Spearhead the creation and curation of educational content tailored to the needs of schools.
4. Teacher Training Programs: Develop and implement teacher training programs aimed at enhancing the quality of education within partner schools.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical/Electronic Engineering, is essential. Proficiency in technology, including hands-on experience with coding, IoT, embedded systems, drones, robotics, and automation, is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology development, teaching, and lab setup.
• Exceptional spoken and written English language skills are a must.
• Proven track record of successfully developing new technology, project planning, and proposal writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with knowledge of the education sector and government policies in Uttar Pradesh considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel for work as required.
• Ability to take responsibility for your own professional development and duties in line with the NimbleQ vision.
