Description:

• Min 10-15 years banking experience, Young and Dynamic, who understands the working of Pvt Sector Banks
• The candidate should have been a Branch Manager, Regional Head and managed a team of Relationship Manager, and done Induction programs for banks .
• Exposure to Third Party Products Like MF, LI, PMS
• A good knowledge on banking products like Forex, assets, credit cards
• Able to articulate well
• Know banking regulations and processes
• Age – Up to 50 Years
• Must have handled a team
• Training experience of 5-7 years
• Ability to conduct one-to-one review/ coaching, and assessments
• Ability to deliver program to experienced bankers
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools including the virtual training methods.
