Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our Education Delivery team. As the Education Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our education products and services, from sales and marketing to operational delivery. This role requires a strong background in both sales management and educational program management to ensure the success of our education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for our education products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, educational institutions, and partners to drive sales and generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
2. Delivering Training:
• Deliver high quality virtual and classroom trainings on BI technologies.
• Technologies include : Informatica, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy etc.
• Learn new courses in efficient manner and be prepared for internal and external delivery.
• Focus on engaging training deliveries and continuous improvement.
• Client Coordination – Interact with training customers for training requirements, forecasting and work on class allocation.
• Handling a team of skilled trainers for upskilling, teach backs, course readiness and continuous growth.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of education professionals, including trainers, sales representatives, and operational staff.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure the team’s success.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for talent development and retention.
4. Operational Delivery:
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of education programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor program metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as curriculum development and instructional design, to enhance program offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of our education products and services.
5. Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the education department’s budget, including forecasting and cost analysis.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and expenses to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience of at-least 8 years in Education Delivery, Sales & operations, IT Training.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of educational program management, curriculum development, and instructional design principles.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and operational tools.
