Now, under NGNLearning.com, we produce K-12 Social Impact (SI) based courseware and curate to educators and learners. We have integrated the traditional curriculum with SI-based learning.
Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a billion-dollar brand that provides education access around the world. We are in immediate need of a qualified Associate. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list.
Responsibilities
- Direct sales: Based on leads, call parents and students – our potential customers at their convenient time
- Your main responsibility will be to connect with parents of children in K to 8 and explain what our courseware offers
- Advise parents on NGNLearning’s three tiers pedagogies in teaching Math, Logic, and SEL
- Convert phone calls to clients. That’s where your performance will be measured
- Compile daily lists of leads and keep them updated with the exact status
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system
- Handle all administrative duties and scheduling of the client meetings
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
- Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion
- Develop strategies and positions by constantly analyzing customer and sales data
- Working days: 5 to 6 days a week. Weekly off will be on a weekday. Need to work on the weekend too
How Your Tenure Will Start at NGN Learning:
- You will be trained in NGNLearning’s courses
- You will be trained in sales and technical calls
- Training period:
– You will be paid a stipend (ATP) – fixed pay for 2 months of training
– You will learn to contact potential customers by interacting with them live
- Probation period
– You will be paid competitive fixed pay after two months of training until six months
- Permanent Employment
– After the probation period, highly competitive per annum pay along with NGNSoft Inc. USA stock options plus incentives (% of sales generated)
Requirements
- Education: Any graduation (completed in or before 2022)
- EdTech/Education sector direct sales is a bonus (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must
- Aspire to work with students and parents as a counselor
- Managing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, be in constant touch with potential parents
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
