Responsibilities:
- Utilize your school network and get orders from K-8 schools by selling our K-12 books/courseware/services and curriculum on social and emotional learning (SEEL).
- Convince K12 schools’ key decision makers (KDM) to introduce our new courseware that can replace/substitute moral science, life skills, or, in some cases, English reading and comprehension.
- Establish new K12 accounts through your connections to develop new business.
- Get connected with nonprofit organizations who are in the K12 education industries that will ultimately lead to selling our books and services.
- Reach K12 private or public, regional, state, and national board schools to expand our business by selling books.
- Collaborate with private and public school counselors, teachers, and principals through engaging demos and event participation.
- Deliver captivating live workshops and events online and offline at schools and educational institutes nationwide, requiring occasional travel.
- Establish partnerships with prestigious organizations like UNESCO, nonprofits, and educational institutes.
- Develop communication strategies for the NGN Brand, crafting compelling value propositions, decks, and content tailored to school counselors and educators in K-12 institutions.
- Support the Marketing team in coordinating and managing events and webinars, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Identify potential organizations and markets for lead generation and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of selling publishers’ books and curricula directly to public and private schools.
- Utilization of a strong network of school contacts to generate revenue; no leads provided by the company.
- Direct contacts or influence with schools’ key decision makers (KDM) to drive successful book and curriculum sales.
- Connected to at least 100+ schools, capable of generating 75 lacs to 1.5 crore plus annual business.
- Interest in establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with educators, industry experts, and influencers to positively impact education.
- Passionate about driving meaningful change in the world through education.
- Applicants must have connections with schools and the ability to sell publishers’ books and curricula effectively.
