Urgent Requirement of Academic Counsellor

Education qualification – Graduate/ Diploma in any field

Salary Range: 15k – 28k CTC

Job Location: Mohali

Job Timing: 9:00 – 6:00

Note: Only Female Candidates Preferred

We are looking for candidates having at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales as a Counsellor or MBA Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Duties and Responsibilities

· To counsel clients about Courses so offered as per their requirements.

· To explain about different courses.

· To explain the fee structure.

· To convince and retain the customer effectively.

· To provide career counseling to the students in different fields.

· To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.

· To follow up with the clients for enrollments.

· Give clear and accurate information based on the current policies.

· Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their career scopes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
