Urgent Requirement of Sr. Visa Counsellor

Education qualification – Graduate/ Diploma in any field

Job Location: Jalandhar(Punjab)

Duties and Responsibilities

· To counsel clients about the student visa process & requirements of the country.

· To explain about different courses.

· To explain the fee structure.

· To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.

· To provide career counseling to the students in different fields.

· To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.

· To follow up with the clients for enrollments.

· Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

· Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

· Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

· Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

· Minimum two years experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment, or Counseling is preferred.

· Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

· Familiarity with computers and the internet, Sales oriented and target-driven attitude.

· Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

· Should be a graduate in any stream.

· Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
