Position Title: Admission c (FTE- Full time Employee)

Purpose: To motivate, persuade and counsel prospective students for admissions at right time by giving right information about organisation, courses, batches etc. and completing the fee transaction process.

Responsibilities

∙ To resolve student’s day to day queries received on various platforms like F2F, E-mails, social media, Calls, Student’s ERP

∙ To motivate, persuade by giving right information on right time to students for admissions ∙ To coordinate with team members and seniors to complete the task of admission on time. ∙ To handle student grievances on time and raise happiness index of the same by providing correct information

∙ Prepare MIS as and when required by Management.

∙ 0-4 years of experience. Preference to candidates of Education Industry. Location
