Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare list of all prospective students database for generating leads
• Manage BTL promotions and activities for lead generation and branding
• Liaising with TPO, Department heads, and directors of the Colleges/Universities
• Organizing webinars, seminars, workshop, etc. in Colleges/Universities
• Maintain knowledge on mission, vision values and services and assist to resolve student’s queries
• Monitor all telephonic conversations and provide training to counsellors/ Business Development Executives to achieve all individual and organization objectives
• Address students satisfaction issues promptly
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of nexMark
• People Management, including work progress, team development & management
• To ensure all concerns and queries of the prospective leads/candidates are resolved on time
• To ensure all the payment of fees are received within the stipulated time

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have very strong relations with Colleges/Universities

• He / She must possess excellent people management skills in ensuring full capacity utilization and enhanced performance of his / her Team
• Presently leading the team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Admission Counsellors to achieve weekly / monthly sales targets
• Must guide the overall team effort towards successful achievement of Goals
• Achieve growth and hit the mission of the company by successfully managing the entire team
• Daily evening meeting with counselors/ BDEs and review for the day and plan for the next day
• Be an effective communicator
• You’ve worked with targets and timelines in the past – with incentives

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
