Biology and Chemistry Faculty
Role Overview: As a Biology and Chemistry Faculty member, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality education to students from Class 7 to 12, ensuring they excel in their board exams (CBSE, ICSE, ISC) and are well-prepared for the NEET UG examination. You will play a crucial role in shaping the academic foundation and future success of students aiming for careers in medicine and related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning & Implementation:
- Develop and execute lesson plans that comprehensively cover the syllabus for Biology and Chemistry, tailored to the specific requirements of CBSE, ICSE, ISC, and NEET UG.
- Integrate the latest developments in these subjects into your teaching to keep the curriculum current and engaging.
Effective Teaching & Student Engagement:
- Deliver clear and engaging lectures, employing various teaching methods such as multimedia presentations, practical demonstrations, and interactive sessions to cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure that complex concepts are simplified and made accessible to all students, fostering a deep understanding of both Biology and Chemistry.
Exam Preparation & Practice:
- Focus on preparing students for board exams and NEET UG by conducting regular practice sessions, including mock tests, quizzes, and problem-solving workshops.
- Emphasize time management, question-solving strategies, and the analysis of past exam papers to help students perform well in their exams.
Student Assessment & Feedback:
- Conduct regular assessments to gauge student progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help students overcome academic challenges and improve their performance.
Mentorship & Academic Support:
- Offer academic counseling and mentorship, helping students with subject-related queries and providing study strategies tailored to their needs.
- Support students in developing effective study habits and a focused approach to both their board exams and NEET UG.

Schooling from ICSE & CBSE Board preferred
