What you will be required to do?

We are looking to hire a qualified Community & Operations Associate to join the growing Newton School team to support the business operations and community outreach efforts of Newton School.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Lead Gen existing College Societies for College Collaborations.

2. Converting college societies by signing MOU followed by regular meetings.

3. Relationship building with college societies or concerned POC.

4. Manage various communities covering diverse topics and themes.

5. Create a timeline for community.

6. Work with Marketing and learning teams to conduct brand events for community members to encourage user activity.

7. Establishing Newton School Coding Club across all the Engineering colleges in the Country.

8. Branding through specific events in the Engineering Colleges pan India.

9. Be the Team Player in the Growth and Marketing Operation activities.

Most importantly, we are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable in start-up environments and sees this opportunity (both the mission of the company and the role) aligned to their long term goals.

The position is full-time and is based in Bangalore, India.
