ROLE DESCRIPTION

The candidate for this position will excel at communication & sales. By using a consultative approach, this person will use their expertise to analyse leads and convert them into customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective leads

Understanding lead profile, education path & career expectations

Building repo with warm & cold leads

Consult leads & decision making stakeholder about product and value addition

Converting leads to potentially paying customers

Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products

Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.

KEY SKILLS

Minimum 2 years B2C sales experience

Professional proficiency in English & Hindi language

Demonstrable track record of high achievement

Experience of CRM systems

Highly motivated & self-driven individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales
