To support the Director – Human Resources in the provision of a high quality and professional personnel service by providing administrative support on recruitment procedures.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Understanding manpower recruitment.
2. Place job advertisements, where necessary in association with recruitment agencies, and send out application forms and job information packs to potential job applicants.
3. Source candidate that match the desired skills as soon as a requisition arises from the department.
4. Scrutinize the resume.
5. Conduct preliminary round as per the eligibility criteria.
6. Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
7. Prepare appointment order for selected candidates.
8. Post the vacancies on the career page of our website and other job portals.
9. Assist in dealing with routine questions relating to terms and conditions of employment from existing staff, managers and applicants.
10. To assist during AICTE, MHRD, NBA, NACC, and VTU related works.
11. Any other work assigned by the undersigned.
12. Coordinate in manpower planning.
Skills required
· Education qualification – Graduation / preferably HR stream
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
· Good communication skills
· Tech savvy – MS-Office suite
· Good interpersonal skills
