Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Programme of instructions and lesson plans, weekly planner, content allotment & status report to be maintained.
- Teachers to attend the staff meetings as and when required.
- Staff members should participate in all Institutional functions and activities.
- Should prepare all necessary teaching aids to support teaching.
- Performance of weak students to be identified in their subjects and their performance report to be submitted to the Coordinator/Principal.
- Staff members should attend courses/seminars/conferences directed by the Principal.
- Upgrade to current educational technology and its integration during instructional practices to maximize student learning.
- Nurturing students personality through a stimulating environment in such a manner that they develop into conscientious citizens who realize their rights and duties towards the nation.
- Enrichment of the curriculum to ensure children’s overall development with competencies that will make them future-ready, rather than remaining textbook centered.
- Making assessments more flexible and integrated into classroom life.
- Connecting knowledge with actual life scenarios in order to enable children to retain their learning.
- Ensuring inclusivity and equity, considering diversities and differences.
- Empowering and enabling marginalized learners to develop their capacity to realize their full potential.
