New Dimensions International School invites applications for the post of a Computer Science and Robotics Teacher for Grades I to VIII.

We are looking for a Robotics and Computer Science teacher who understands the importance of computer science, coding and robotics in Primary and Middle school education and can support an engaging curriculum around the ideas of computer science, coding, and robotics.
Essential Job Requirements
a. Demonstrate a passion and expertise in the teaching of computer science, robotics, and technology.

b. Be an exemplar in the use of technology in the classroom to engage learners and build positive relationships.

c. Be thoroughly conversant with current thinking on teaching K-12 computer science.

d. Be eager to research and learn new programming languages and technologies and bring them into the classroom.

e. Develop a curriculum with topics relevant to current industry and be proficient in languages that are industry best practices for the curriculum.

f. Be a team player who works in concert with other teachers, administrators, librarians and other departments.

g. Identify and update computer science curriculum changes to be in line with national best practices

Qualification:

i. Required: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with B.Ed

ii. Preferred: Masters preferred.
