- Developing new courses and refining existing courses to continually improve student outcomes to ensure curriculum and course quality standards are met and pedagogical best practices are followed.
- Creating content that is engaging, effective, and closely aligned to intended career paths.
- Coming up with creative activities and projects to teach various concepts in the classroom.
- Test the activities with students and teachers
- Provide program oversight of course maintenance process and ensure that any changes to courses have been approved and reflect instructional quality and alignment with programme learning outcomes and course outcomes
- Engage with professors, researchers and industry experts via meetings, phone and email
- Ensure that content, learning activities, and assessments are sequentially aligned with program learning outcomes, and that levels of learning are scaffolded across courses appropriately to reinforce student learning and mastery.
- Document and communicate errors in the curriculum content and activities that affect the learner experience.
- Suggest concrete revisions to technical content, activities, exercises and projects that enhances the student experience and aligns with institutes best practices.
- Ensure that curriculum review is an ongoing process, culminating in an periodic Curriculum Review.
- Coordinate and assist with agenda formation for the Periodic Curriculum Review, to include:
a. Annual review of the curriculum;
i. Review of Programme objectives and outcomes;
ii. Summative results of Student Evaluation;
iii. Summative review of adjunct, supportive, and guest faculty evaluations;
iv. Faculty input regarding curricular issues;
b. Selected topics and current issues as recommended by faculty or indicated by professional trends;
- Maintain master documentation related to the curriculum, including curriculum mapping and matrices, master syllabi, course maintenance changes, course files, and course revision documentation.
- Collect and analyze course and program outcome data and report metrics to academic leadership related to consistency in evaluation measures, assignments, simulation experiences (if applicable), and overall grade performance. Make recommendations for revision based on data.
- Manage the development of internal and external learning resources to provide high quality learning experiences that meet learners, employers, and organisational requirements
- Work collaboratively with faculty, academic co-ordinators, and department leaders to create, maintain, assess, revise, and monitor the quality of the program across multiple learning modalities, including campus and digital learning environments.
Required Skill Set & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline required – Masters degree preferred
- 4-6 years experience developing domain specific curriculum
- Prior experience in Curriculum development and/ or teaching IBDP/A levels/O Levels/ IGCSE is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in curriculum design and effective assessment strategies.
- Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback into course material from program leads, subject matter experts, students, and instructors
- Knowledge of copyright and trademark rules for writing and delivering content and graphics
- A demonstrated passion for education and belief in user centered approach to creating learning experiences.
- Dexterity and flexibility to move quickly from one project to the next, as well as the individual leadership manage your time to meet deadlines
- Fluency with digital learning, including teaching in online, hybrid, and blended environments.
- Self-starter and result oriented.
- Ability to work in non-conventional hours to connect with stakeholders around the world.
- In addition, this appointment will require professional development, which will include conference attendance and a commitment to self-led activities that promote expertise in the assigned area.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
