Junior Teacher – Toddler Classroom

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Teacher to join our toddler education program. The Junior Teacher will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers aged 3 years. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the early development of young learners and establish a strong foundation for their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior teachers to design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that cater to the unique needs of toddlers.
• Foster a warm and caring classroom atmosphere where toddlers feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore.
• Assist in creating and organizing engaging learning materials, sensory experiences, and age-appropriate play spaces.
• Provide one-on-one and small group interactions with toddlers to support language development, motor skills, socialization, and self-help skills.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment, including managing hygiene routines, nap times, and transitions.
• Support toddlers in developing basic communication skills, emotional regulation, and independence through positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, milestones, and daily experiences.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance teaching techniques specific to toddler development.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of toddler-oriented events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
• Uphold the school’s policies and procedures while modeling appropriate behavior and interactions for both toddlers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Genuine passion for working with toddlers and a strong interest in their holistic growth and development.
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with toddlers, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Basic understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods for toddlers.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in designing engaging and interactive activities.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic and ever-changing nature of toddler interactions.
• Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
