The mentor and mentee work in harmony towards a common goal of a novel research output.About the positionThe Academic director wishes to recruit several research mentors across multiple disciplines as a part of this newly formed and evolving program.Roles and responsibilities ●      Academic supervision of a high school student in writing a research paper.●      Reporting to the academic leads and academic director.●      Expertise in Social Sciences or STEM. ●      Basic proof-reading and editing of scientific papers. ●      Willingness to contribute in a developing academic environment

Requirements ●      An advanced Master’s degree (research) or a doctorate from a renowned institution.●      Understanding and experience in conducting unsupervised research

This can be a master’s/doctoral thesis with independent research considered valuable.●      Subject matter expertise with modest ideas for high-school research and a willingness to hand-hold the preliminary journey.●      Interest in teaching high school students about research.●      Internet connection and availability over zoom.Start date and expected salary rangeFebruary-March (flexible)The position is remote and flexible

We offer 1500-2000 INR* per hour (equivalent), for 16 hours of virtual sessions spread over a span of 2-3 months
