Open Position: English Language Coach

Job Type: Full time (Office based Job)

Location: Sector 58, Noida

Work Timings & Days:

· 5 Days working (Monday (1st and 3rd) and Tuesday (Fixed) off)

· Saturday & Sunday are mandatory

· Timing: – 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post- Graduation with any of these certifications (CELTA / TEFL / TTT / ESL / TESL / TESOL / TOEFL / IELTS)

Experience: Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Academics, Teaching-Learning Process or Online Tutoring

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Academic Session Evaluation and Observation

· Training Content enrichment

· Ensuring Learner and Tutor Engagement during the session and post-session engagement as well

· Ensure learning success

· Basic troubleshooting

· Issue escalation

· Resolving queries of learners related to online courses

· Regular feedback to our client for product improvement

· Take part in vetting and training tutors.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong Language Skills (Verbal/Written). C1 level of English language

· Basic Knowledge of Computers

· Problem Solving capabilities.

· Emotional intelligence and a growth mind-set
