Job Type: Full time

Working Time & Days:

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 6 Days Working

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Subject Expertise: Provide advanced and comprehensive instruction in your specialized subject area, which may include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, History, or others.
2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement advanced lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the school’s curriculum and educational objectives.
3. Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-level content effectively, using innovative teaching methods to engage and challenge students.
4. Student Assessment: Create and administer assessments that evaluate student comprehension, progress, and critical thinking skills, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
5. Individualized Learning: Recognize and cater to the unique learning needs of each student, offering advanced support, extension activities, or research opportunities as required.
6. Research and Enrichment Programs: Encourage and support students in research projects and participate in enrichment programs to stimulate academic excellence.
7. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and developments in your subject area through continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject or a closely related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• State or national teaching certification, if applicable.
• A proven track record of successful teaching at the senior secondary or higher education level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to fostering intellectual growth and academic excellence.
