Job Summary

To lead and build up technical foundation for Waste water treatment business, to assist Sales team and to make sure business excels in the assigned territory.

Job Qualifications

1. Assist sales team to develop sales, sales target and technical team in country.
2. Lead and implement technical training/ coaching with plan, execution and tracking system to ensure team members to have proper technical knowledge and experience
3. Lead, develop and maintain an effective water treatment product line, equipment system, water test kits and other necessary business foundations
4. Lead the new product and equipment launch process
5. Lead and ensure reps to deliver waste water treatment performance with company standards
6. Continuously develop technical expertise and level in the country
7. Develop waste water treatment sales tools and marketing material to support business development
8. Support sales team to develop new business by joining in sales call and other activities
9. Lead and support sales team to do wastewater treatment related troubleshooting, performance review, seminar and other activities
10. Work closely with NCH regional team to ensure the same technology level and performance standard cross the region and NCH global
11. Expertise in waste water treatment related technical consulting/support, product management, R&D, or related experience in chemical process, engineering
12. 5+ years wastewater treatment related working experience preferable.
13. Direct experience of waste water treatment chemical and equipment application, development and troubleshooting
14. Familiar with different industries like, manufacturing, chemical process, food processing, and others.
15. High level of independence and self-sufficiency
16. Excellent people skills and teamwork
17. High level of skill and experience in creating presentations, teaching and enabling
