Nbyula Hiring for Education Consultant Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for Education Consultants who have experience working with Overseas Education Industry or study abroad consulting organisations. This requires leveraging communication skills, networking skills, and the ability to connect, empathize, and dig deeper into the hopes and dreams of a broad audience category.

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Enrolling students for various Overseas Universities
• Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options through the Nbyula platform.
• Maintaining monthly MIS reports.
• Take a potential user’s education level, work history, personality, interests and skills into account and suggest careers that match his or her background and abilities.
• Core Job is to match people with the right course of study that will give them the greatest balance of financial payoff and career satisfaction.
• In addition to helping people who have just graduated from their current qualifications, you will help people who have been working, are between jobs, unhappy with their career choices or simply looking at opportunities to relocate abroad.
• Should be able to attend and coordinate for student seminars/fairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0-4 Yrs of experience; preferably in the Education Industry.
• Graduate from a recognized and reputed institution would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills with above par written, speaking and writing English skills.
• Should be result-oriented with a good personality and flexibility over working hours.
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office; MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS- Excel and Outlook.
• A friendly personality with high levels of patience and comfortable telephone manners.
• Training and conducting seminars about overseas education and visiting education institutions.
• Experience preferred in human resources, sales and/or marketing. Freshers can also apply.
• Pro in searching and collating information through online tools
• Extremely numbers and objectives-driven person who can deliver set monthly/quarterly targets
• Highly conversation driven
• Ability to manage hundreds of conversations (Online/Chat/Telephonic)
• High convincing and persuasive skills
• High-energy and passion
