3. Budget Management: Create and manage the training project budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project requirements.
4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges in the training project and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Vendor Management: Liaise with external training vendors and consultants, if applicable, to ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials and resources.
6. Training Content Development: Oversee the development and customization of training materials, modules, and resources to meet the specific needs of the project.
7. Coordination of Training Delivery: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth execution and participation of relevant employees.
8. Training Evaluation: Design and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.
9. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and successes.
10. Quality Assurance: Ensure that training programs are designed and delivered with high-quality standards, adhering to industry best practices.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management or training development are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a training or learning and development setting.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Familiarity with various training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in analyzing training needs and designing relevant training solutions.
• Understanding of training evaluation methods and data-driven decision-making.
