Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality and alignment of the curriculum with the CBSE standards and guidelines.
• Creating and updating curriculum trackers, lesson plans, and question papers for the schools as per the CBSE syllabus and assessment criteria.
• Familiar with the latest trends and innovations in education
• Expert in creating and reviewing instructional materials, assessments, and pedagogical strategies that align with the CBSE curriculum framework and the National Education Policy 2020.
• Skilled in using various online tools and platforms for curriculum development and delivery
• Providing guidance and support to the teachers on the delivery and assessment of the curriculum
• Developing and reviewing the curriculum content, objectives, and outcomes for their subjects as per the CBSE syllabus and guidelines.
• Keeping abreast of their subjects’ latest developments and innovations and incorporating them into the curriculum.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A Masters degree and a degree in education or equivalent in their subject area.
• At least 12-15 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school and a stronghold of the subject matter.
• Experience in curriculum development, design, and evaluation for their subject.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and information for curriculum planning and delivery.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of CBSE guidelines and educational trends.

Math Subject Expert:
We are seeking a highly experienced Math Subject Expert with a minimum of 12-15 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of mathematical concepts across various grade levels. Additionally, proficiency in creating curriculum trackers aligned with CBSE standards is essential. We are looking for someone who can develop challenging and thought-provoking math lesson plans. The ability to create interdisciplinary curriculum content is a key requirement for this role. As a Math Subject Expert, you will also be responsible for assessing the quality of teaching in the classrooms and suggesting ways to improve the quality of classroom teaching.

Science Subject Expert:
