Job Description

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
