Looking for dynamic professionals across all ages who are committed to serving the education sector and contributing to the lives of children.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Trainer to join our team. The Curriculum Trainer will be responsible for conducting capacity-building training for teachers in K-12 schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of K-12 curriculum and be able to effectively deliver training to teachers.Responsibilities:Develop training materials and modules based on the K-12 curriculum that are designed to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers.Conduct capacity-building training sessions for teachers in K-12 schools across India.Assess the training needs of teachers and develop customized training programs that meet those needs.Work collaboratively with the curriculum development team to ensure that training programs are aligned with the K-12 curriculum and support the learning objectives.Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to ensure that teachers receive comprehensive training that meets their individual needs.Provide ongoing support and follow-up to teachers to ensure that they are effectively implementing the training.Keep up-to-date with developments in education and training methodologies and apply this knowledge to training programs.Provide regular progress reports to the curriculum development team on the effectiveness of the training and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design or a related field. (Preferable)Deep knowledge of K-12 curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel to schools pan India for conducting training sessions.Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of teachers with varying levels of experience and knowledge.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.Proficiency in using technology and tools for creating and delivering training materials.Ability to speak multiple languages will be an added advantage.This is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel extensively across India. The successful candidate will work closely with the curriculum development team and other members of the organization to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
