Job Description: Curriculum Facilitator
We are a leading curriculum provider serving schools across India, committed to delivering high-quality educational programs. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Curriculum Facilitator to join our team. The Curriculum Facilitator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our curriculum in partner schools. This is a full-time position that will be based within schools, serving as a bridge between our organization and the schools to facilitate effective teaching and learning practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Implementation: Work closely with partner schools to ensure the effective implementation of our curriculum. Provide guidance and support to teachers in aligning their instructional practices with the curriculum objectives.
2. Teacher Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for teachers to familiarize them with the curriculum content, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies. Offer ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teachers pedagogical skills.
3. Classroom Observations and Auditing: Regularly visit classrooms to observe teaching and learning activities. Conduct audits to assess the extent to which the curriculum is being followed, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between our organization and the partner schools, facilitating effective communication and addressing any concerns or queries.
5. Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to provide feedback and insights from the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational programs. Identify areas for curriculum enhancement based on the needs and challenges observed in the schools.
6. Assessments and Evaluation: Assist in the development and administration of assessments to measure student learning outcomes. Analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas requiring intervention, and work with teachers to develop strategies for improvement.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of curriculum implementation activities, training sessions, classroom observations, and feedback provided to teachers. Prepare regular reports on curriculum implementation progress and share key findings with school leadership and our organization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Curriculum Implementation Success: Measure the percentage of curriculum objectives effectively implemented in partner schools and track progress over time.
2. Teacher Satisfaction and Competence: Evaluate teacher satisfaction with the training and support provided by the Curriculum Facilitator. Assess the improvement in teachers pedagogical skills and their ability to deliver the curriculum effectively.
3. Classroom Observations and Audit Results: Assess the quality of teaching and learning practices through classroom observations and audits. Monitor the adherence to curriculum guidelines and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels between the Curriculum Facilitator, school administrators, and teachers. Measure the satisfaction levels of stakeholders with the support and guidance provided.
5. Student Learning Outcomes: Analyze student assessment results to determine the impact of the curriculum implementation. Track student performance and progress against expected learning outcomes.
6. Documentation and Reporting Accuracy: Assess the accuracy and completeness of documentation, including reports, feedback, and training records. Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to the organization.
7. Curriculum Enhancement Contributions: Evaluate the Curriculum Facilitators contribution to curriculum enhancement based on the quality of feedback provided and the implementation of recommended improvements.

Requirements
1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelors degree in education or related field.
