Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to oversee the educational and administrative operations of our Nursery to Grade 2 sections across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a vision to cultivate an environment that fosters academic excellence and holistic development in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational strategies tailored for the formative years. Ensure the curriculum is engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the latest educational standards.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the schools, including staff management, scheduling, and facilities management. Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
• Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff. Promote professional development opportunities to enhance teaching efficacy and staff performance.
• Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community. Be an ambassador for the schools, promoting our values and achievements.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the educational outcomes and school environment. Implement continuous improvement strategies to maintain high standards of education and care.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial stability and sustainability of the schools.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, specifically catering to Nursery to Grade 2.
• Proven track record in improving school performance and student achievement.
• Strong understanding of the developmental, curricular, and regulatory aspects of early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving educational excellence.
• Fluent in English and Bengali.
