Native is hiring for a Liability Head role for an emerging broking house :

The person will require to have :

·       10+ years of proven experience in offline broking sales across the Liability insurance portfolio with a strong P&L. Experience in managing and handling sales teams and driving success across the funnel

·       Held senior leadership roles in insurance companies or broking firms including AVP, VP, Practice leader

·       Clear experience of driving P&L through prospecting and nurturing clients of their own

·       Build the online and offline channel driving innovation and sales in the commercial lines of insurance in the country

·       Location flexibility is available

–        Driving P&L of the liability book

–        Building a book and team

–        Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and customer retention
