Qualification: B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) or M.Sc. (Nursing) from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council / KNC Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in the field of education & training. Candidate having experience in NABH accredited Corporate / Multispecialty Hospital / Hospital attached with medical college will be given preference.
Job Description: To provide nursing professionals with competent development and education services by assisting nurses in preparing for contemporary practice and supporting them in acquiring the knowledge and skills. Assist in the preparation and administration of the continuing nursing education budget. Provide an appropriate climate for learning, and facilitate the learning process by developing, planning, and presenting educational activities and directly or indirectly fostering the development of competence in the nursing staff. Assist learners to identify both their learning needs and the effective learning activities required to meet those needs while fostering a positive attitude about the benefits and opportunities of life-long learning. Actively manage clinical risk, informs Nursing Head of incidents and contributes to quality and risk planning. Lead and encourage continuous quality improvement activities with ongoing monitoring, Identify and actively involve in clinical audit activities related to clinical practice and improved patient outcomes. Maintain quality standards to meet accreditation and certification requirements. Conducts bed side clinical teaching to appraise the staff nurse
