ENGLISH TEACHERS – MIDDLE SCHOOL

Grades 5 – 8

NPS Yelahanka is looking for English Teachers at the Secondary School levels who can drive and develop our English programme.

Requirements

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Should have a degree in education.
• Should have prior teaching experience of at least 4-5 years
• Should be passionate about literature and learning
• Should be able work independently and be a self starter
• Should be a team player and have a sense of humour

Responsibilities

• Implement a literature programme that exposes high school students to contemporary and classic literature
• Develop and implement a writing programme with focus on composition and critical analysis
• Develop speaking and listening skills in students through debates, classroom discussions and interviews.
• Develop and implement a robust programme in grammar, syntax and mechanics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year

• Yelahanka, Bengaluru – 560064, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
