The primary role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT/NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a students in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student’s learning and understanding. The other responsibilities will be (not limited to)Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students. Coordinate with the content team to get the content materials developed.
Research about student psyche and try to bring up innovative engagement techniques during lectures to enhance student participation and understanding. Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques. Be an academic motivator and influencer to motivate students.
