A CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching the Hindi language to students according to the CBSE curriculum. Heres a general job description:Position Title: CBSE Hindi TeacherKey Responsibilities:Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans about the Hindi language based on the CBSE curriculum. Teach reading, writing, and comprehension skills to students. Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and hold their interest.Assessment and Grading: Evaluate students progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and grade student performance based on the prescribed CBSE criteria.Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage student behavior and enforce school policies and guidelines.Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, educational policies, and changes in the CBSE Hindi curriculum. Attend professional development seminars and workshops.Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school activities outside of regular classroom hours, such as clubs, cultural events, educational trips, etc., especially those related to the promotion of Hindi language and culture.Required Skills and Qualifications:A Bachelors or Masters degree in Hindi or a related field. A B.Ed degree is highly desirable.Previous experience teaching Hindi in a CBSE-affiliated school would be a plus.Excellent command over the Hindi language (reading, writing, and speaking).Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Patience and empathy, with a strong passion for teaching and helping students learn.Ability to manage a classroom and resolve conflicts.
