The primary purpose of this role is as a key enabler of strategic business and process improvements. The role coordinates activities that identify opportunities for improvement, develops solutions and delivers these solutions to drive an environment of continuous improvement and problem solving whilst positively influencing the mindset and behaviours of colleagues and uplifting their capability
- Lead initiatives across the business that help deliver the business strategy and aligned to our core success metrics.
- Evaluating, planning, and implementing new improvements in business processes and practices
- Supporting colleagues and leaders to achieve their performance targets
- To support and coach colleagues through the process
Key Accountabilities
- To provide support and advice for Enterprise Operations including:
- Provide input into short/long term plans with clear goals to deliver on agreed improvement initiatives
- Work flexibly across a range of activities that need to take place in order to take solutions from ‘idea’ stage to an implemented business solution.
- Coaching and training of colleagues to uplift their continuous improvement capability
- Support the business with actively challenging processes and procedures
- Working with stakeholders and SME’s from across the value-chain to understand and qualify new opportunities , including automation, policy and process changes
- Critically reviewing current business processes, and influencing stakeholders when creating future state process designs to ensure that these are optimised for efficiency
- Influencing product functionality, communicating roadmaps, and providing emerging requirements to Product Owners and Product Development teams

Experience
- 2+ years delivery experience across different Business, enabling units or alternative industry sector
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a Process Improvement function
- Delivering productivity / change initiatives across a large business
- Risk Management
- Building strong relationships that drive the achievement of a collective goal across function
- People Management
Essential capabilities
- Proven delivery experience
- Process Improvement skills LEAN & Six Sigma
- Kaizen or Agile Management exposure
- Change Management
- Problem Solving
Qualification Requirements
- Tertiary education in Business, Computer Science or related discipline
- Lean and Six Sigma certification well received
- Project Management or BA certification (Good to have)
- Pega and/or Blue Prism certification well regarded, but not essential
