I am recruiting for a MFL Teacher to join a recent Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school in Portsmouth for January 2024 or sooner.

The MFL department is a growing department of excellent teachers who have a passion to teach languages and see their students develop and achieve in in languages.
A MFL Teacher is responsible for delivering high quality teaching on languages, specifically in French and Spanish, with the aim to help students develop a broad base of skills through practical, investigational and theorical work across all Key Stages.
Their key duties and responsibilities include:
·Teaching KS3 and KS4 MFL (with an option to teach KS5)
·Developing, maintaining and stimulating pupils’ curiosity, interest and enjoyment in languages
·Ensure that health and safety requirements are established and maintained throughout your teaching.
·Developing students’ familiarity, competence and confidence within a safe workshop environment
·Motivating students to contribute and engage in extra-curricular languages activities
·Evaluating the performance of students throughout the school year
Requirements
