1. Counsel prospective students regarding various courses Fledge offers.

2. Counsel and convince students or walk ins to buy the courses and enroll for admissions.

3. Cross sell/Upsell other training courses for business growth.

4. To work with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales.

5. Co-ordinate with students for Seminars, trainings, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.

6. Calling to the leads provided to you by our team. Make them understand thoroughly about our course.

7. Try to convert potential leads to hot leads and Hot leads to our customers..

8. To work towards initiating new plans of promotion and discuss them with management and implement it as desired
