Job Description – Performance Marketing – Category Manager

Position:  Performance Marketing Manager

Department : Marketing

Reporting Hierarchy : This role would report to the Performance Marketing Head

Responsibilities in the Role 

Plan, own, and execute the Paid marketing strategy across channels for the MyCaptain flagship products line with an objective to meet revenue targets.

Generate & and meet the lead requirements from the sales team across channels such as Paid Mediums(Facebook, Google, & and LinkedIn) 

Own the business goals across the Marketing Funnel from reducing the Lead Generation cost to optimizing Customer Acquisition Costs.

Measure and report the business-related KPIs to management and agree on the action plans agreed upon based on data.
