Position: B.Ed Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and passionate B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Teacher to join our educational institution. The B.Ed Teacher will be responsible for instructing and guiding students pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree, focusing on providing comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of education. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of educational principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to nurturing the academic growth and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lectures and lessons to B.Ed students, covering a range of education-related subjects.

Develop and implement lesson plans, educational activities, and assessments to promote student learning and skill development.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students, offering academic support and addressing their individual needs.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.

Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and coursework, providing constructive feedback.

Stay updated on current trends and developments in education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

Collaborate with colleagues and educational staff to enhance the overall quality of the B.Ed program.

Assist in curriculum development and program improvement efforts.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.

Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education may be preferred.

Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience.

Strong knowledge of educational theories, methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and student needs.

Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.

Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
