Role Description

Muzigal is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to work on-site in our Gurugram office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling customer inquiries. This position requires exceptional phone etiquette, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

Experience in clerical duties, such as filing and data entry

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and visitors

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or communications. Experience in the music industry or related fields is also a plus.

CTC: 1,80,000 to 3,00,000 per annum
