What You’ll Do

Teaching & Student Success

• Conduct offline music sessions across your specialisation – Guitar, Piano/Keyboard, Vocals, Violin, Drums, or similar

• Build structured, goal-oriented lesson plans tailored to each student

• Teach music theory, ear training, notation, and performance technique

• Help students play their favourite songs within the first few sessions

• Prepare students for globally recognised exams – Trinity, ABRSM & Rockschool

Beyond the Classroom

• Track student progress and share regular feedback with students and parents

• Participate in RSM recitals, school events, and society showcases

• Contribute to curriculum development alongside the academic team

• Optionally participate in content creation, workshops, and EdTech initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience as a music instructor or performer

• Proficiency in one or more instruments or vocals

• Grade certifications (Trinity / ABRSM / Rockschool, Grade 5+) – strong advantage

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Music or Performing Arts preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching

• Self-motivated, punctual, and professional

• Open to online and hybrid formats
