Encouraging students to ask questions and to express their difficulties.

o Assist other school administrators and educators with planning and carrying out school-related programs and events.

o All school admin related works.

o Analyze student performance in the classroom to provide guidance and identify potential problems

o Learn students’ names, career objectives and other details so you can better serve them

o Help students develop academic plans in music in accordance with their skills, talents and strengths

o Work collaboratively with the school admin and other supportive staff

o Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs

o Communicate with teachers, parents and administrators and build good relationships and get feedback from them to improve

o Identifying special needs pupils and those with learning disabilities.

o Establishing effective classroom management practices.

o Maintain low dropout rates and achieve the Revenue and Sales Targets on a monthly basis.

o Ensure all the school compliances and regulations are followed properly.

o Help shape and uphold the vision of the school.

o Updating the management on a monthly basis about the progress.

o Conduct and coordinate on Recitals and monthly activities.
