Counsellor

Responsibilities:

· Organising, researching & planning all activities related to GTE seminars & systematically maintaining the records in system

· Coordinating with college authorities for the seminars and arranging meeting with principals for GTE seminar

· Systematically maintaining and updating the GTE database in the system, regular follow ups on the same and summarizing on the same at the end of the season and preparing report for senior management

· Promoting MET at various graduation colleges by conducting GTE seminars across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

· Training and supervising all the counselors about MET courses and helping them to overcome difficulties and to enable them to perform better and achieve their tasks smoothly

· Creating Emails and SMS templates for all courses of MET. Maintaining and updating them on timely basis for admission purpose

· Meticulously maintained students record in system, GTE database in the system. Preparing review report, counsellors reports and presenting the same to seniors as and when required

· Managing counselling teams activities related to Telecalling, Emailer, SMS, GTE seminars on timely basis

· Coordinating with admission team & HOD to resolve students issues during admissions

· Additional research work as and when requested by Seniors

Requirements:

· Any Bachelor’s degree or specialised in counselling.

· Master’s degree in counseling may be advantageous.

· Minimum of 3-4 years professional counseling experience in an educational field
