We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Chemistry, particularly in preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in the CBSE and ICSE curricula. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating engaging learning materials, and guiding students to excel in their academic and competitive pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Chemistry for Entrance (IIT/JEE and NEET) and CBSE programs.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest curriculum developments and educational trends.
• Conduct online demo sessions as part of the selection process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching Chemistry particularly for Entrance (IIT/JEE) and CBSE programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
