The Role

Responsibilities :

• Conduct online tutoring sessions on the Muallemi platform, ensuring alignment with student learning goals.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
• Provide constructive and meaningful feedback to guide students in their educational journey.
• Track and evaluate student progress, adapting lessons to address individual needs.
• Embrace feedback and actively participate in training to enhance online teaching skills.
• Demonstrate dedication, passion, and a student-centric approach to tutoring.
• Maintain a professional and organized teaching practice by planning lessons and schedules well in advance.

Ideal Profile

You should have :

• Working laptop or tablet
• Stable Wi-Fi connection
• Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate-level education (Qualifications will be verified)
• Proficient in teaching International Baccalaureate (IB) – MYP ( middle years programme) curriculum. (Curriculum knowledge will be assessed)
• Basic IT proficiency and ability to teach online
• Choose your own working hours -Minimum availability of 2-3 hours per day.
